EXIBITION IS FINALLY OVER!!!!

Yay, its finally over! All our hard work has finally paid off!!! Lol, anyway I though I deserved a pretty good grade on this project, probably like an A-
I think I did about 49.9% of the work in my partner ship. I say this because my partner, Katie, did a lot of work and I dont want to take half credit becuase I think she did just a little more work than me... Anyway, this project was really fun and I think Mr. Strong and Mr. Davis should do it again next year... They might not want to though because it is a really stressful project...
Thanks for reading all of my blogs!!!!

Its pretty much done, I am waiting for the paint to dry and then once its dry I am going to put it all on a poster board. I think its going to look really good. Well at least I hope so... Exibition is in 2 days...Its getting closer!

Ok today I am going to talk about taking care of a mouse...
Mice need a lot of attention. You should hold them for atleast 5 minutes every day. If you are scared that they will bite you, the best thing for you to do is hold them with gloves until the mice are used to human contact. Then once you feel comfortable, you can start holding them without the gloves on. When they bite you it doesnt even hurt, it might be a little alarming though. You also have to keep and eye on how much food they have left in their bowl. If they have enough for one day, you dont have to worry about it,but make sure you feed them the next day. (For imformation on what mice eat, look at my other blog, it goes into detail about eating habbits of a mouse)
Make sure that the cage that they are livng in is big enough for them and has air holes or wires for the mice to get air. But the wires on the cage have to be close together, or else the mice will squeeze through them. (Thats what happened to my mice)
You have to clean their cage atleast once a week, or else it will start smelling really bad. When you clean the cage, make sure you dump out all of the bedding and wash the cage so the smell goes away. It only takes about 15 minutes.Taking care of a mouse is so fun! I love it!

Hey guys!!
Over the weekend, me and katie got together and worked on our longhouse.
We painted it and went to micheals to get more supplies. It looks really good! I am so excited for exibition... My extra credit project is a scientific drawing and life cycle of a mouse.
Its really hard to find imformation on the kind of stuff. I dont know why though but its making me really frusterated...

Check Up!

Ok guys, i havnt posted in a long time because the internet hasnt been working...
So latley, I've been working on my inturpretive panel for our terrariums. We either had to do one on our organism, or our civilization. I did it on our civilization. which is medieval scandinavia. Mine was pretty cool I guess. It was kind of like a poster board with "medieval scandinavia" hanging off of the top. Its kind of hard to explain. Anyway, over the weekend, me and katie are going to get together and work on our longhouse and our tree. Its going to be really cool! Ok well, thats it for today!

Thursday, May 10

OK, on Wednesday we spent the whole day at the zoo so we didn't get a chance to work on our project. Since I have nothing to talk about, I will tell you how I feed my mice. So we pretty much just refill the bowl every time they run out of food. We can tell because the favor certain things, and when all of their favorites are gone, they fill the bowl with their rat bedding. The things in the food mix are dried corn, sunflower seeds, and other mice foods that I don't know of. To give the more nutrients, we sometimes give them broccoli, carrots and other vegetables. We are suppose to also give them the "Health Bites" once a week also, but we always forget to.
Thanks for reading!!!
